1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Aero Volt website at aerovolt.site, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging Aero Volt for any electrician, HVAC, or aircraft technician services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services. Aero Volt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Services Offered

Aero Volt provides three core categories of technical services: licensed electrician services including residential and commercial wiring, panel upgrades, circuit installation, and emergency electrical repairs; HVAC services including system installation, seasonal maintenance, air quality testing, coil cleaning, and compressor repair; and aircraft technician services including FAA-compliant annual inspections, avionics installation, engine overhaul, airframe maintenance, and AOG emergency support. All services are performed by licensed, certified, and insured professionals. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to technician scheduling.

3. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

Service appointments may be booked through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to technician availability and confirmation by Aero Volt. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For aircraft maintenance appointments requiring pre-ordered parts or FAA paperwork, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Emergency service callouts are available 24/7 and are subject to emergency service rates disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Payment Terms

All prices quoted by Aero Volt are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the service visit, additional parts required, or scope changes requested by the client. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment platforms. Overdue invoices may be subject to late payment fees of 1.5% per month after 30 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing Aero Volt technicians with safe and unobstructed access to the work site, whether that is a residential property, commercial building, or aircraft hangar. Clients must disclose any known hazards, pre-existing damage, or relevant history of the electrical system, HVAC equipment, or aircraft prior to the commencement of work. For aircraft services, clients must ensure all required logbooks, maintenance records, and registration documents are available for review. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or the inability to complete the service safely.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Aero Volt warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by appropriately licensed and certified technicians. Labor on standard electrical and HVAC services carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. Parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which we will facilitate on your behalf. Aircraft maintenance workmanship is warranted in accordance with FAA standards and applicable regulations. These warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with supporting documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aero Volt’s total liability to any client arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Aero Volt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, property damage not directly caused by our technicians, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Beckley, WV, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
