These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aero Volt website and the professional technical services we provide. Aero Volt Technical Services operates as a licensed multi-discipline technical service provider offering electrician, HVAC, and aircraft maintenance services across our service regions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our technicians, ensure clarity on service delivery expectations, and comply with the regulatory requirements applicable to our three service categories. Reading and understanding these terms before engaging our services is essential for a smooth, professional working relationship.
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to contract for services in their jurisdiction, and are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the property or aircraft for which services are being requested. When submitting a service request through our website, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Creating false identities, providing fraudulent information, or misrepresenting your authorization to engage our services may result in immediate termination of the service agreement and potential legal action.
Each Aero Volt service engagement begins with a defined scope of work, communicated verbally or in writing prior to commencement. The scope of work for electrical services defines the circuits, panels, or systems to be worked on. For HVAC services, it defines the units, zones, or components covered. For aircraft services, it defines the inspection type, components to be serviced, and any applicable airworthiness directives (ADs) to be addressed. Work performed outside the agreed scope requires a change order and may affect pricing and scheduling. Clients are encouraged to review and confirm the scope of work before technicians begin.
Aero Volt operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing our service categories. Our electricians hold valid state electrical contractor licenses and perform all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Our HVAC technicians are NATE-certified and comply with EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling regulations. Our aircraft technicians hold FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificates and perform all maintenance in accordance with FAA-approved data, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and applicable Airworthiness Directives. Clients may request proof of licensing and certification at any time prior to or during service.
Safety is paramount in all three of our service disciplines. Aero Volt technicians follow OSHA safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices on every job site. Clients must ensure that the work area is free from hazards not related to the service being performed, that all personnel not involved in the service maintain a safe distance, and that any known safety concerns are disclosed prior to the technician’s arrival. For aircraft maintenance, the aircraft must be hangared or positioned safely, with chocks and tie-downs in place. Aero Volt reserves the right to halt work and leave a site if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Aero Volt may, at our discretion, engage qualified subcontractors to assist with or perform certain aspects of a service where specialized expertise is required. All subcontractors engaged by Aero Volt are vetted, insured, and licensed for their respective tasks. We remain fully responsible for the quality and outcome of all work performed under our service agreement, whether performed directly by our staff or by approved subcontractors. We will never engage a subcontractor for your project without your knowledge. Clients may not directly engage any Aero Volt subcontractor for services related to work originally contracted through us without prior written consent.
To deliver our services safely and effectively, Aero Volt technicians require full and unrestricted access to the relevant systems, equipment, or aircraft. This includes access to electrical panels, meter boxes, crawl spaces, rooftop HVAC units, aircraft cabins, engine compartments, and logbook records. Any access restrictions that prevent our technicians from completing a thorough inspection or service may result in the work being incomplete and may affect any warranty claims. Aero Volt will not be held liable for damages or deficiencies arising from areas that were inaccessible during the service visit.
Aero Volt offers emergency response services for electrical faults, HVAC system failures, and aircraft on ground (AOG) situations. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency callouts are subject to emergency rates, which will be disclosed and agreed upon verbally before dispatch. Response times for emergencies vary based on technician availability and location but we target a 2-hour response window for electrical and HVAC emergencies within our primary service area. AOG aircraft emergencies are prioritized and handled with the urgency appropriate to aviation safety standards.
Aero Volt welcomes honest feedback from clients regarding their service experience. By submitting a review, testimonial, or feedback through our website or third-party review platforms, you grant Aero Volt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your feedback for marketing and quality improvement purposes. We will always attribute reviews fairly and will never alter the substance of your feedback. Aero Volt is committed to responding to all client feedback, positive or negative, in a professional and constructive manner. Defamatory, false, or malicious reviews may be subject to legal action.
Aero Volt reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time if: a client provides false or misleading information; the work site or aircraft presents safety hazards that cannot be mitigated; a client engages in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our technicians; payment obligations are not met; or continuation of the service would require us to violate applicable laws or regulations. Clients may terminate a service agreement at any time by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees and payment for work already performed. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.
